Face Value Policy

Campsite Transfer does not allow campsite or accommodation reservations to be sold for profit. Sellers may only request up to the original reservation cost.

Official transfer/change fees may be assigned to the buyer, seller, or split between both parties. Listings that exceed the verified reservation cost may be removed.

We do not support bidding, auctions, markups, or resale for profit. The platform exists to make legitimate face-value transfers easier to find and complete.

The official transfer always happens through Ontario Parks or the applicable reservation system. Campsite Transfer is not a payment middleman.

Campsite Transfer does not add a commission, markup, or transaction fee to the reservation. Buyers pay what the seller originally paid, plus any applicable transfer fees. The Loading… seasonal buyer membership and the one-time Loading… seller platform fee are access charges separate from the reservation transaction.
